Deletion of Shopping cart

Hi All,

We are having issue to delete SC whose workitem is in error. Approver is not setup in system and so workitem in in error, now user wants to delet the SC but unable to do so. When user tries to get into edit mode, system gives below message

"Document is currently assigned to different user, system attempt to reassigned the document."

Please let us know how we can delete the SC.

Hi Sunil,

Try deleting the "Work Item" of the SC as per the steps provided in the following link and then try deleting the SC:

I have deleted the workitem but now when I try to get into edit mode of SC further to delete the SC. It will give below error message
