SAP HANA? or SAP BI ? SAP BO?

Hi Experts ,

I am working as BODS developer , would like to enrich my skill set with another SAP module

Here is my confusion :

Which one having better opportunities with combination of SAP BODS?

Which one suits to BODS developer from below ?

Is that BODS  + SAP BI ?

Is that BODS + SAP BO ?

Is that BODS + SAP HANA?

I need your valuable suggestions , appreciate your reply !!!

That's a difficult question, in my opinion with no right or wrong answer. So I say, that depends on your business needs.

For example we have a lot of customers, who use SAP BI without BODS. If someone use SAP ERP and SAP BI, in general there is no need to use BODS.

With SAP BO you would learn a lot of new things in other topics. However, main part of SAP BO are the frontends and creating reports have nothing to do with ETL jobs.

For SAP HANA, I could not give you a hint. So HANA is a quite new topic and HANA has his own ETL tool/part. I know, that you could combine BODS with HANA, but I do not know if you need it.

I got your point , i was actually looking for better matching tool for my skill

i understood from your view that might be SAP BO 0r SAP HANA .

As per my knowledge my comments below

Is that BODS  + SAP BI ?

In future BODS will be mandatory for SAP BI ( Extractor )

Why ? it's flexible to load data to BW and new customer are moving with BODS  ( forget about old customer )

Instead of SAP BI go with BW on HANA

Is that BODS + SAP BO ?

Instead go with HANA+BO or HANA+SAP UI5+SAP Fiori +BO

In additional

BODS +IS+DQ is good options 

Finally SAP UI5+SAP Fiori+ODATA will be very hot.
