Customer Satisfaction option in SOLMAN

Dear Experts,

We are having SOLMAN 7.1 landscape with two systems (Dev, Qas and production.)

We have configured ChaRm and Service desk for our clients.

Now we want enable to Customer satisfaction option in incidents which have raised by users and solved by support team.

Is there any process or way to do the same in ITSM.

Please confirm.

    Hi,

    You can generate the customer satisfaction survey hyperlink from CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.

    If it is fine than you need to go to your mail form, perform the necessary changes such as change the description of link to "Customer Satisfaction Survey" (You can do in /nSMARFORMS)

      Hello Rishav,

      Thanks for the info.

      As you suggested i have exported standard one and imported by changing host name and port.

      Now please suggest me which smart form i need to change by using SMARTFORMS tcode.

      And how to enable it in Incident.
