Dear Experts,
We are having SOLMAN 7.1 landscape with two systems (Dev, Qas and production.)
We have configured ChaRm and Service desk for our clients.
Now we want enable to Customer satisfaction option in incidents which have raised by users and solved by support team.
Is there any process or way to do the same in ITSM.
Please confirm.

Hi,
You can generate the customer satisfaction survey hyperlink from CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.
If it is fine than you need to go to your mail form, perform the necessary changes such as change the description of link to "Customer Satisfaction Survey" (You can do in /nSMARFORMS)

Hi,
Go to transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE' and open the survey repository , Go to Survey Repository->Parameter XMLs->BSP.
Select the standard parameter file CRM_SVY_BSP_SYSTEMPARAM.XML with double-click , choose Export and save to to local PC, rename to Z namespace.
Open in notepad and perform as below

<SurveySystemParam Action="http://host Name:Port//sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm?sap-client=300" Method="post"
IncludeStylesheetInOutput="true"
AccessURL="http://host Name:Port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm" Enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded"/> <SurveySystemParam Action="" Method="post" IncludeStylesheetInOutput="true" Enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" />
Import it back to repository now,again open the survey repository and open the tree as mentioned earlier and choose Import from Toolbar. Input appropriate description and choose file from the PC and import.
Use this inGet File and Send File Options and generate the servey URL.
