Actual Cost of Project / WBS

Hello Guys,

Can anyone assist me to find way out for exact actual cost of wbs which we see in SLR58 report. I am using RPSCO table ( Value type 4, 11 ) but still finding difference in values, the reason may be that the difference coming because some values posted through activity allocation on network. What should i add in the selection criteria to match this values.

It would be very easier if anyone can suggest me BAPI/ Function module to extract Budget / Commitment / Actual / Assigned / Available of Project / WBS.

Hi

There is a standard report S_ALR_87013558 for the same purpose. There are other reports as well in the report groups 6P1, 6P2 and 6P3 for projects which give output related to costs and budgets and you can refer them for your analysis.

Thanks - I was not considering actual over network initially, I think this will resolve my issue.

Few more clarifications i need in this development.

For Budget / Commitment / Actual- Overall & For Budget Fiscal - What would be difference in logic, I am referring selection criteria same as given in CJE0 ( report painter ). In our Z report, I need to fetch value like Budget - overall, Budget - 2014, Budget 2015, Actual -  Overall, Actual - 2014 etc.

In RPSCO, Is overall of any value would be sum ( WLP 1+ WLP 2 +..WLP 16 ) or it is WLP 0 value ??

Hi Gaurav,

Are you not getting the value based on value type in RPSCO.

Take one object number and try to find whether you get all the cost associated with it.

Dear,

As you said table RPSCO is for actual cost,by entering the OBJNR of the WBS in RPSCO.

To get activity types used with respect to networks try table AFVC and AFRU

Hi Gaurav,

RPSCO will have all cost associated with Networks.

The Object Number will start from NP...

If you still have an issue with RPSCO, please brief what you want to get and what you are looking for.

Alternatively check COSS and COSP also.

Did you try CJI3 report .

This report this give cost posted to Project even at WBD level and network level and if you have settle them that too
