Commitment value not populating in reports

Hi All,

I have created a PO with account assignment "P" for corresponding WBS, I am not able see the commitment value in any of the commitment reports.

What can be the reason and what are the setting to be enabled .

Hi All,

I have checked in OKKP the commitment management is active and also I have tried to check reports in cje0 and cji5, I am not able to get the Quantity as well as Value of the commitment.

Hi All,

I was able to solve the issue. Thank you all for your time.

I had to tick the Project and w.commit checkbox in OKKP. I had tried this earlier before posting my query but it dint work as there was some issue in the dev system , it was working fine in Q system , the value is getting reflected in all the slr and cje0 commitment report but not in cji5 report in Q system.

the below notes would be useful

152571 - Composite SAP note: Missing or incorrect commitments

47992 - No commitment is displayed in reporting

Also check whether  commitment management is activated or not  against controlling area ,fiscal year in t code OKKP

Dear,

Is Your WBS element is having status AVAC Availability control active?

Did you check the report CJE0?

If every thing is fine but still facing problem with commitments,

First run report : RKANBU01 which will update PR/PO commitments for projects

Second run report RKACOR04  which will update entries in table  like COSP, COSS,COEP, COOI.

after these steps run CJEN transaction to reconstruct  the all the budget related activities for the given project. This transaction can be executed in "Test mode" also.

then run CJBN transaction to reconstruct availability controls for given project.

If still having problem ,kindly share the screens.
