Stocks got stuck storage type 920 and 921 in LS24 in WM

Hi Gurus,

How to clear the stuck stocks in storage type 920 and 921 in LS24,

Checked other docs like  Deliver docs, TR and TO are confirmed,

But in LS24 it is showing "920 stock Transfer (Plant)" and there is no material stock in MMBE.

Anyone have idea how to clear these unwanted stocks.

Can you give a screenshot from MB51 of one of these batches that are shown in your LS24?

Next step is to check the movement in detail to find the TR number, then check the TR to find the TO number.

From the shown MB51 list it is unfortunately not possible to know which movement type failed to create a TR and TO for the removal from WM, there are to much different movement types for one batch.  I guess your 641 is failing to remove the quantity.

I got one more same issue please have look if you found some  odd.

In LS24 stock is stuck in "916 Shipping Area Del."

These have been shipped out upon DN 0080437390 for which the PGI has been completed, but the transaction to have these materials out of the system failed.

I see the same issue, for some reason SAP will post goods issue and bill against the goods issued stock without any error message...then some time later we will see the stock orphaned in 916. The real issue is that in some cases (not all) the stock is actually showing available to promise on sales orders. Are you able to manually move the stock into 999/lost&found and clear the stock with LI21?

In most cases I simply move the stock into 999 and clear it but we had one case where we had a stock imbalance between IM and WM (got the message deficit of stock when I tried to run LI21 to get rid of the inventory) so I used MB11 with movement type 701

Hi Kamlesh,

Have you checked if there's a stock inconsistency between the IM and WM Level via LX23/program RLABGL00? It's pretty weird that no quantities can be found in MMBE but it happens at times. Anyway, you can try to 'unload' the stock if possible via MB1C, 562.

Thanks and Regards,

JP
