Image quality in crystal report

Hi All,

I have this issue with crystal report.

My logo on screen is dark green outline with bright green background but when import to crystal report, the logo become full bright green.

Anyone have the same issue and how to resolve this?

Hi Mavis,

Go to File > Report Options > Check 'Retain original image color depth'.

See if this enhances the image.

What is the format of the image?

Also, do you resize the image inside CR?

The image format is in JPEG and yes, I did re-size.

Instead of resizing the image in CR, could you process it in another imaging tool and reimport the image to see if it improves the quality?

HI Abhilash,

I did that but still the same.

In the other app which I use to resize the logo, the colour looks ok.

When I import into crystal report, the colour changed.
