How to Send Email notification to all members of Org Unit in ChaRM?

Hi Solman Experts,

We are configuration email notification actions for partner with category "Org Unit" for ChaRM.

If we assign Email ID for Org Unit Business partner in BP transaction, Email will be sent to that Email ID.

However we want email notifications to be sent to all members of Org Unit which are specified in PPOMA_CRM transaction.

Please provide your kind inputs on this.

Solman System is : Release 7.1 SP 8

Hi hanumant,

Easiest method would to can create a Delivery List or DL in outlook/lotus etc.

and then store this DL in the BP of the group created via ppoma_crm transaction

this way email is triggered to entire team or group according to DL

hope this resolves ur issue.
