Unable to 'Launch' EPM Office Add-in

Hi Experts,

I have an issue launching the EPM Office Add-in. Just after installing EPM Add-in, I continue to get the error, "Error launching office client: Error in Save". Please help me resolve this issue. I have attached the screen-shot of the error. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Shrikant and Andy,

Thanks for your response. I give below the information you require:

OS: Windows 7 - 64 Bit
MS Office 2010 - 64 Bit
EPM: SP 4.0
IE: IE9
EPM Add-in: Enabled
I got this error when I tried to launch EPM Office Addin.

I have only one version of Excell installed.

Hi Chakrapani,

EPM SP4 is very old, did you mean .net 4?

If you have EPM SP 4 then please upgrade to SP 21 patch 3.

Hi,

Try install office again, do you have multiple versions of Excel installed?

Hi Chakrappani,

Kindly provide the following details

OS with bit, Office version with bit, EPM SP, IE.

Check Add in is enabled or not .

Are you able to log in from excel ?
