Unable to send the Reports to mails from Portal using RSRT

Hello All,

We have BI JAVA 7.4 with BW ABAP 7.31 which are running on  Windows environment.Recently we configured Bex and Broadcast which are working fine. Email/Broadcast has sending out without issues by using t-code RSRD_ADMIN.

When using t-code RSRT and by providing with a report, when we navigate/execute JAVA WEB icon to see output in portal,output is seen in the portal and issue is when we try to send e-mail from that same page,there is a button for sending out mails by clicking on SEND button, we are not able to send mails, the new screen/window will pop up and keep on spinning/rendering, but unable to get the output.Kindly check the attached.

1. Have you tried other desktop pc? is this browser issue?

2. Any error message in Java portal and ABAP system log?

Hi Sriram,

Thanks for your reply...We have tried the said options,but no luck and we are not getting any error message,browser keeps spinning without any output.

Which version of IE? is it possible check the same in Firefox or Google chrome?

Thank you all for your suggestions....We found the issue...Issue is with FQDN mis match between Portal and Back-end system.Below blogs helped us to resolve the issue.
