Not able to edit the item description after invoice was posted in SRM PO


Hi Experts,

we are using SRM Shopping cart Wizard model(SRM 7).

We are unable to edit the contents of field 'description', after invoice was posted.

now we got a requirement like, we have to edit the contents of field 'description', after invoice was posted.

I suspect that it is standard behavior.

I want to know, is this a standard behavior of SRM system or not.

What do we need to do for editing the contents of field 'description', after invoice was posted. 

Need urgent help.

    Hi All,

    Pleae help.

    We are using extended classic scenario.

    We are unable to edit the contents of Field 'Description' in SRM PO.

    After invoice also we are unable to change.

    I want to know, whether it is a Standard functionlaity or not.
