How to display a picture in SAP crystal report?.

Hi all,

I have a problem related how I can display the pictures of employees (Employee Master Data) in sap crystal report from sql server.

When I drag and drop table field of picture in details field it displays a name of picture with its extension like .jpg.

How can I display those pictures in sap crystal report not displaying their names?

Please anyone can help me.
