Problem in Workinbox - BRM

Hi GRC Gurus,

I'm working in SAP GRC AC  SP07 and i have a problem in Workinbox.

The Roles ( eg: Single Role ) from my Business Role Process (standard) does not appear at Workinbox of the Approver.

This problem only occurs in Requests from BRM.

Anyone can help me ?

Hello Carlos,

As first step you must check the methology used on BRM, if it is standart, it will have the "Approval" Step.

If you are sending to approval and it is not showing on the Approver Work Inbox, check the workflow for this on MSMP.

To help you in the two checks, there is this great material from Alessandro Banzer:

Hi Carlos,

If there is no entry in WorkInbox, check the Audit log of the request, and see where the request is.

Hello Carlos,

if Approver not able to see request in Work Inbox,then we need to do some basic check

1.Check Approver role assignment

2. check WF-BATCH user authorization

3.check request instance status, it is going to correct path, stage and approver

4.check in tcodes SLG1, SWI1, ST22, GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD are showing any error messages.

5.check in SOST if mail triggered from GRC system or not,approvers are getting email notification successfully or Not

if above check are working fine

Then check Perform Task-Specific Customizing in SPRO

Check  the below thread and refer the Colleen Lee points
