GRC - PC 10.1 - Result option REOPEN to tests and steps

Hi friends,

I have a question: on GRC PC 10.1, in manual test plan we have three

s for Step (Done, Not Done and Reopen) and Tests (Pass, Fail and Reopen) . Do you know what is the option REOPEN used for?

Hi friends,

A colleague answered my question and I would like sharing with yours.

" “Reopen” used when the current tester feels this teststep is not right tested or the previous teststep result is not correctly, then he/she can set it to Reopen and Assign to next tester for testing."
