Issue in deadline monitoring in workflow

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue in Deadline monitoring in production.

I've activated recursive deadline monitoring for a leave approval task in a Leave workflow (which is copy of std leave workflow). Mail is sent in the same, in a loop, such that till the approver approves it, the mail is sent recursively.

An issue was recently reported by a user saying that he is receiving a recursive deadline monitoring mail even if the deadline was not triggered for that workitem!!!!!!!

When I checked in SWI1 the workflow instance has COMPLETED status.

Then how come the mail is being triggered!??

Plus one thing, the mail is not shown in SOST either!!!!

Pls help!!

Regards,

Pranita

    Hello

Have you scheduled a batch job to send the recursive emails. If so then check the logic in this custom program.

Share the snapshot of your workflow Design. If the recursive deadline mail is designed within the workflow design in SWDD then check the condition of the loop in modelled deadline outcome.
