Issue with labels in pie charts

Hi gurus,

We are building a simple dashboard but getting a peculiar issue with pie charts. The labels are initially shown outside the chart (see figure below) but they should be showing inside. When we click one of the charts the labels go inside the chart and the issue disappears.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any clues on what might be causing it and how to resolve it?

Try to disable the data animation property of pie chart.

Try to delete the chart and add it again.
And also check the Appearance tab -> text.

Couple of Questions:

1. Do you see this behavior during development(trying to execute locally) or when you publish it to the platform and trying to open it from there?
2. If you are trying to open from Launchpad do you see any differences between IE, chrome or firefox

Hi Eva,

      I't like if some configuration by default paints it by defect. Check if the information is showed by default in the top of the area and delete the item.

Hi Eva,

Try doing some format chart and play around with Area Display and Data values.

I am sure data values has an options to select data position whether you want outside or inside and so..

Thanks for the suggestion.

I tried playing with the proprieties but the issue persists. It is weird because it only happens before I click the chart. As soon as I click it the labels go to the right place.
