SAP used to have a pre-packaged integration with Netbase for Social Media monitoring. Last year, the Netbase agreement was not renewed.

A client has been asking us for this scenario.

What is SAP recommended approach? Is it still possible to integrate in the same easy way with Netbase? Has SAP developed a similar solution within hybris marketing which can be integrated with C4C in the same way Netbase was?

We have many joint customers who continue to use both Netbase and SAP Cloud for Customer, Cloud for Social Engagement in an integrated fashion and we are committed to continuing to support these customers.

Yes, the same easy way to integrate with Netbase is still available. The only difference now is that customers will need to contract directly with Netbase for their product.

We have not developed a similar solution within hybris Marketing but we will be sure to make the appropriate product announcements as we release these and all other future enhancements to SAP solutions.
