Hello all,
At my company we have a Change Management process which gets audited. We have to open a Change request for every change and the change request has to be in a specific status before we are allowed to move the transport request to productive system. Nice would be an automatic tool which checks at the STMS_QA approval whether the change ticket is in the correct status. Therefore a BADI would be very nice which gets called once someone approves a transport request in STMS_QA. Another workaround would be a custom button at the STMS_QA screen, however this would not be as comfortable as the BADI.
I also like the SAP standard report /SDF/CMO_TR_CHECK to check for version conflicts and maybe we could also use this BADI to implement an automatic version conflict check at the STMS_QA approval.
Regards,
Thomas

Hello all,
So far I have not gotten any feedback from SAP. We have implemented a modification where we added our customer coding. It works, but at the upgrades we have to take over the modification which manual effort. Therefore I would appreciate an official interface from SAP.

Thomas

Hi thoerwick
Thx for your comment.
You state "We have implemented a modification where we added our customer coding.".
Any chance this was achieved by an Implicit Enhancement in some standard SAP Function Module?
Could you maybe let me know where exactly you implemented your custom coding?
Or is this meanwhile too long ago (Jan, 2017) ? Chances are of course you don't remember the exact place or FM anymore. This would most likely be the case for myself after >4 years. Any pointers you still remember into the right direction could be very handy for me.
Best regards,
Hans
