Hi,
Can you please explain me for my query related to accounting document?
If I post a GR with 5 items,
then I display the material document and see those 5 items in item details.
but if I see the FI documents tab (accounting document), it shows only the value and posting key.
how do i knew which posting affected which material?

Hi,
you have activated the summarisation in your system for the accouting documents. In this system will merge all the lines for one GL in one line due to which you are losing track of per line item in the accounting document.
You can ask the help of the finance consultant on this topic that if is it possible to deactivate this summarisation in the running system.
But deactivation will lead to some problems as this will restrcit the total line items in the accounting document to 999.
So i must say take the help of FI consultant to show some light on this as this includes many issues.
