Dear SAP experts!
We have encountered several cases wherein the pricing records that we maintained are not immediately reflected in the system. Every time we re-update the system, SAP issues a message that "The condition is being processed by USER"--the same user that creates the pricing record. We still have to wait for around 5-10 minutes before the pricing records reflect in the system. Usually, the issue arises during peak hours of our operations. Other than that, pricing records are immediately reflected in the system.
This is a problem for us since we have high volume of transactions and an updated pricing is critical to our operations. Would like to ask if this is a normal scenario or there is an underlying issue in the configuration?
