Warning:Status was reset by system and No import into test system has taken place yet

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue with urgent change at step "Pass Urgent Change to Test". The status is not updating. it is in "in dev/config" instead of "Testing".

The error is not regular as other urgent changes are working fine for the same user and also the changes in the transport moved to quality but status is not updating to "Testing". Authorizations are fine for the user.

Warning: No import into test system has taken place yet

I tried to use CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT but it is not changing the status of the document to "TESTING" from "in Dev/config"

Please advise if anyone has faced this issue

issue resolved. Transport was stuck in import queue. Killed the running transport and tried again and it worked.

Hello,

You can check SAP note 1820635 and take a look at steps 4, 5 and 6.

It includes a check to verify that the TR has been exported and

imported into the systems and if this information is not there you can try running report /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_READ.

If the TR information is in the /TMWFLOW/TRACK table try to recheck the document and then try to move the status again.
