Incorrect Object Info

Dear Gurus,

I am having an issue with Object information while creating notification/ order.

We have set up object info & done the assignment to all notification types.

The issue is; whenever object information is displayed, it shows incorrect data for 'BrkdnReptd' (breakdown reported).

System should show only the data for breakdown notifications with breakdown indicator ticked.

But it shows all the notification count (even if those are not breakdown notification types). So in our case it is showing notifications created= breakdown reported. Which is incorrect.

This is happening in all system landscapes.

Can you pls. let me know if you come across any such issue or can you guide me on this?

My first question should have been that. Obviously the source is S061 info structure. You need to rebuild the same with Tcodes OLPM and OLIX to have right values in version 000 . Hope you know the rebuild procedure. OR take clues from this thread (Paul 's reply) Issue in MCI7 report - S070 LIS Rebuild | This applies to S061 too. If problem persists then you might need to go for OSS. Let's hope more help is received from the forum.

Thanks Jogeswara ji,

I tried with OLPM & OLIX. It does not work.

In fact the number of entries have got doubled in S061 after running OILX.

May be I'll have to raise OSS message.

The doubled number of entries is not an issue. Sometimes you'll find triple also. It is because you have many sets, one belongs to version 000 and the other is a temporary versions like &(0 , &(1 etc. You can delete the temporary version records using OLIX Delete version button. That's a different thing. Standard reports take into count only records with your 000 version. It seems the records with this 000 version still showing wrong numbers even after rebuild (OLPM).  May aks OSS.

Can you pls. let me know if I want to delete the data which was doubled wrongly how can I correct it?

Should I follow these steps?

Entering source version '000' will it create database inconsistency? Or it should be ' &( ' ?

Also can you post the Assignment screen of ZM Object info to the Notification type as well as the Pop-up of Object Info you are getting.

Hello Again,

As I mentioned earlier only 1 notification types is breakdown notification type & rest all are not B/D notification types.

So this checkbox is not available in other notification types.

Still all notifications from all notification types (created against same equipment/ FL) are getting displayed in Object info when a notification or order is created against the reference object.
