Error "Ended with return code: ===> 8 <===" Add-on installation terminated during phase XPRA_EXECUTION

Hi Experts,

During GRC plugins Addons "GRCPIERP V1100 700" und "GRCPINW V1100 731" installation using SAINT, I am getting the error "Ended with return code:  ===> 8 <===, Add-on installation terminated during phase XPRA_EXECUTION".

I assume that, old transport requests which are in STMS import queue has to be released and deleted. But i am not able to delete them from import queue. I deleted them already from data and cofiles from application server and also they don't exist in transactions SE01, SE03, SE09 and SE10.

It is strange to know, why they're not deleting from import queue in order to proceed further with my Addon installation from XPRA_EXECUTION phase.

Any ideas, please?

Hi Reddy,

Have you try updating the SPAM/SAINT manager before running the SAINT.   SAP recommend you to always import the latest version of the SPAM/SAINT update before you import installation packages. It is also a good idea to download the latest versions of executables tp and R3trans from a sapserv# application server (see Note 19466).

Also, please provide the logs files (Alog, Slog).
