Hi SAP Experts

Currently we set up the following model:

a) Plant Maintenance Order

b) Internal Order (with Budget and Availability Control)

In a monthly basis the PM Ordr collect the cost realized and is settled to an CO Order

PM -> CO

We would like to manage the availability control on PM as well in order to avoid exceed the budget from CO

     For example: show the advert/error exceed budget messages when a purchase requisition is created on PM

                           (not until the settled is done).

It there a method to aling both modules?

Best Regards

Fernando Luna

Hi I attach the following ilustration in order to explain what I want intend to do

We have several Plant Maintenance Orders without budget profile or availability control activated; the real cost is settle to an specific CO Orders on a montly basis.

From the CO Order point of view I cannot see the commitments on "real time" and the real cost are only know until the PM Orders are settled.

Is there a method to aligned both modules in order that the PM planned cost are shown as commitment on my CO order?

I would like no to set up a  "mini" budgets for each PM order

Many thanks for your help

Thanks we alredy have the tolerance limit activated and cost excemptions
