Category value is showing in FR instead of EN in Email template.

Hi All,

In Service Request under Categorization we have Category 1, 2 and 3 4, 5 values here for Category 4 its showing in EN languge only and after that clicking on Email under work center. in the email template its showing FR languge instead of EN for Category 4 only not for others. i am checking mail form but not able to find out exact problem. some where languge is not translate. is there any missing at Categorization schema. where to check please guide me.

    Hello Jimmi,

    Which language is used to logon the crm webui - EN or FR? Do you mean the ddlb items of category 4 is showing in EN, or the label is showing in EN?

    Would you please give some screenshots to explain the issue ?
