SSO Mechanism is not appearing in SMP3.0 SP03

Hi All,

I installed SMP3.0 SP03 server and SDK from swdc.

When I am trying to follow hybrid app development using Getting Started with Kapsel - Part 1,

we need to configure application as SSO enabled using SSO Mechanism.

But in my admin console, there is no SSO mechanism.

Pls suggest where I am going wrong, or if need to be installed separately? Or will SP08 SDK fix the issue.
