Problem in save PDF Forms

Dear All ,

I'm beginner in creating PDF Forms and I need a help , I already  changed in created PDF Form Through T-CODE  "SFP" but When I save it and activate it , It is still on past version , So any one can give a hand to know how to Activate it correctly .
