Data integrity issue in SAP B1 hana V 9.0 PL 10

Dear Expert,

I am facing a severe issue with the data integrity in SAP B1 hana V 9.0 PL 10. I had lost all the Sales Invoices punched into the system entered from 1st January 2014 till date.

First of all ,It is unbelievable that data can be lost from the system that too such Robust system as claimed by SAP.

We are on a Cloud and our HANA system is completely managed by PT.

We are in a fix please suggest the solution asap.
