Hi Guys

I am getting below error in a confirmation .(CRM 5.0)

No activity prices exist for UK2011603/X-GS54 (Notification W BK
057)

No activity prices exist for UK2011603/X-GS21 (Notification W BK
057)

Updating could not be completed (Notification E S& 150)

I have updated the activity Pricing in KP26 and reprocessed the confirmation. This removed the error but after that confirmation gets a distribution lock at status level. When i removed the lock, error comes back. Also there is no issue in the queues as nothing is stuck. Please let me know how to removed this error.

The issue should be covered by component CO-OM-ACT.

According to note 688883 - Confirmation with price 0: Message BK 057

below information is for your reference:

Reason and Prerequisites

Cause: You are using an activity type which has a price that is not planned
in the cost center (in other words, with price 0).

In Releases <=
4.6C, the system generates error message CK466 in this case. You could adjust
this with Note 86613.

Solution

You can set the type of the error message BK 057 as described in Note 338789
(error, warning and information deactivated).
