BW 'load data' step is not triggering

Hi All,

Process chain load step is not triggering.

Even tried rspc_process_finish, It says, load step is already green. screenshot below for reference.

    Hi,

    as per today load was compelted.

    how many time triggring the PC ?

    Hi,

    May be 2nd step is waiting for the completion event. Can you check now or try with RSPC_PROCESS_FINISH now. Are there any changes happened to PC recently or is IP is active.

    Do you have sufficient background jobs available at the moment in SM50, check with basis.

    Trigger the rest of them manually and activate PC and schedule it, next load onwards it will run as usual.

    • Lets try below things for next run.

      Remove your chain from schedule.

      Save and activate chain.

      Again schedule your chain to normal.

      Lets monitor your chain on next run.

      if it stopped at same step then need to look oss notes or retransport your chain from dev(assumed as your chain working well here) to prod.
