Hello,
I am using SAP Work Manager Application in my project but when I run it in Agentry client then I dont get the Equipment history there.Can anyone help me with this issue.

Hi Prajakta,
which version of WM are you using? and check the history collection in ATE. if you received history collection in ATE the problem is in your agentry side. otherwise add debug to java code.

Hi Prajakta,
If you are using standard work manager 6.2 then tell me following things
1) ScreenSet Name : screen set that you are reffering
2) Platform Name : (Platform will be i guess Windows 1366x768 / iPad)
3) Screen Name : screen name
mean while try
1) If you are not even able to see this screen then check if it is having any Enable rule or not
if yes then check what this rule does.
2)If you are able to see this screen (empty screen) and no equipment's history list in it then its data issue.

Can you please clarify Equipment History.
a) Are you looking for WO which have been created for the Equipment and have been completed?
b) Are you looking for change log of Equipment
The Equipment change log is not supported in Product. The term Equipment History usually refers to WO that had been completed (Repair History). You can find this history in WO Object --> History tab.

Please check the WO Screen --> History. A popup window is displayed with History WO and Pending WO. There are couple of filters on WO Fetch MDO to restrict the number of entries by either period or Max hits (last 10 WO etc.).
The Equipment tab has nothing to do with WO History that you are looking for. By default the equipment tab is empty you must use search button to search for Equipment. The search will search for equipment within the ctEquipment table.

Hi,
You are not able to see that because its not available or configured as not to show (dtApplicationConfig)
please check this rule " Screen enable rule " for Equipment Screen.
Rule "EnableEquipmentWorkList"
This rule checks for equipment history is configured or not, if yes then it would enable that screen and you will be able to see Equipment Screen.
