Assigning vehicles to PAM (pool asset management)

Hello experts,

I try to activate tcode PAM03 - planning board.

when I fill all data in selection screen and press F8 , I get an error message :

"No vehicles/equipment found for pool no. PAM-WDF, pool category T".

How do I add vehicles / equipments to this pool ?

Hi Daniel

Only one thing is coming to my mind which is the display variant or one other configuration. Now check with the attachment see what happens if you apply the changes as suggested.

Dear Savas,

Sorry for delayed answer , I have been on vacation.

You wont believe what was the reason !

All configurations were exactly like u suggested , but, It didnt come up because the equipments ( the vehicles) weren't translated to Hebrew !

Once translated the screen appeared.

Now I have different problem which maybe I will write a post about...

Hi Savas,

From some reasone , The planning board is being shown without the vehicles.

The Pam is : PAM-WDF -> connected to F.L = FP01 - > there are two cars installed to it to : 10132070 , and 10132072 please look at the picture - just board without vehicles , why ???

I really do not have any idea on this issue. But as per your previous suggestions, maybe the values that you created for the class characteristics can be translated in Hebrew. This sounds like an issue to be forwarded to OSS I guess. Can you please let us know what is the resolution?

I jave just created OSS to SAP (medium priority).

Hi Daniel

Just install the equipment to the Functional Location which defined under the pool.

PAM02 - check the pool's functional location.

IE02 - Install the equipment to this functional location.

Hi Savas ,

In IDES client the data is organised exactly like you suggested :

I.E

pam pool = "PAM-WDF" .the pool is assigned to function location = FP01 - Car Pool Walldorf

which contains 21 vehicles : uni-00 to uni-20 .

But still error message after running pam03

No vehicles/equipment found for pool no. PAM-WDF, pool category T

maybe there is some kind of note that my IDES system needs to be updated with ?
