Two different forms for one document type

Hi All,

I am trying to check if we are able to save two different crystal reports for one document type for example: PRQ. Lets say I need one type of PR (with specific fields) for PRQ with Item number and other PRQ (with specific details than Item number PRQ, example; UDF = Quantity), do we have to write seperate code or we can add in the same code in SP_AI_PurchaseRequest. Pls suggest.

If yes, can you also help me to tell me what would be formula to let the form capture this new UDF's ie QTY and price to be added and reflected in newlineTotal and Sum at the bottom of PRQ form.

right now in Business One the input is as below screen shot:

But output in Crystal report is not capturing totals:

Pls help.
