Hi all,
We have a WF which is thrown by EVENT SCASE, this is is a copy of another one, it has some adjustments, but
when the WF are thrown the original runs fine, but in the copy we get the error message WL863
"Notification of completion cannot be generated, any idea why could be this happening?
Best Regards!
Error 9 when calling the so_object_send service happens when the notification mail, for example at the end of the task, can not be sent since no user is found to send it to.
check the receiver (rule) if there is one in the notification tab of the step in the workflow template, binding to it etc.

Hi,
You have to check the binding of business object --> _Wi_Object_ID. I think something is missed out in binding . Please share your workflow log with container value.

Hello
Which standard WF you have copied and how it is triggered. Try to compare the container of instances of these 2 workflows. You must be missing the agents/receivers in the standard one, that why you are getting this error. There can be a possibility that the standard workflow is entered in SPRO configuration and needs to be replaced by custom WF in SPRO.

Sandy
