How to insert the amount of application of the materials at the sites of the Ninth Level, SAP identification code and technical documents?
Help me please....
Hi,
Are you trying to understand the structure of Functional Location / Equipment / BOM ??
Level of Hierarchy depends on your requirement. Max 6 levels can be set at Functional Location followed by equipment level. Then create Equipment BOM is attached.

OK, Terence, my structure goes up to the ninth level. When I arrive at this level is where I insert the BOM, in my case, the company is accustomed use local BOM installation. I know it's possible, attach documents to these local facilities, such as inserting it? Type an operating manual to the installation site.
Do you understand?
Ariane,
It sounds like you are looking to attach files ie, pdf, word etc to either the functional location/equipment/BOM.
Commonly Document Management System (DMS) would be utilized for this. Document Info Records (DIRs) are attached to the installation site, and each DIR can contain one/multiple files(pdf etc). It allows for version management, searching etc.
If your system already has DMS configured for another area then you simply need to create new DIR types and allow the linking of them to Flocs/Equip/BOMs. In SPRO see 'Cross-Application Components-Document Management-Control Data-Define Document Types'.
If your system does not have DMS configured then you will need to setup a content server to store the files, configure the content server/repository, create RFC connections, configure which files are allowed to be stored and the DIR types. In SPRO see 'Cross-Application Components-Document Management'
You can also look into EasyDMS if you want a different User Interface, though this still requires the above configuration.
A simpler solution for Floc/Equip is to use the 'Services for objects' button (top left) and create an attachment, however this is not a very robust solution from a document searching, version mgmt, security perspective.

What is Identification code?
Do you talk about DMS?
