No payroll period found for the period parameter !!!

Hi ,

The following error messages i am getting in Benefits Enrollment workbench.

"Error when calculating enrollment date for eligibility date"

"No payroll period found for the period parameter XX"


We went live with SAP system around 2 years back. This error occurs for that staff whose hire date is before Go-Live date.

Plan eligibility is based on Hire/Rehire date and contribution percentage depends on years of service from hire/rehire date. In workbench i am not getting these plans for enrollment instead in error list i can see above error messages. But i can add benefit records manually in Infotypes with required contribution percentages.

    Are your Benefits Plans configured to look at the Hire Date from IT0000 or from Date 01 in IT0041?

    • Hi Remi,

      Benefit Plans configured to look at Rehire Date type from IT0041 .

      Also we have 1st day of pay period configured for Enrollment in Eligibility Rule. Whether that's the reason why this error occurred? Is there a way through which we can use more date type along with Hire & Rehire ?
