Git and Hana Repository

Hi,

I am starting a new project using Hana XS and SAPUI5, and I have a question about how to start the architecture from scratch.

Can i use git as SCM together with Hana repository? If yes, how can i proceed? I've tried but i haven't find anything regarding to it.

If you have some example or resources to share, it`d be helpful.

there is no standard HANA integrated feature.
