I would like to transfer a FI document to COPA using tr.code KE4SFI.

The system issues No assignment to profitability segment.

The COPA document was not created because the CO primary cost element was not created. I did all the customizing in OKB9 and OKOA. The status field for profitabilty segment is optional entry.

Hi

If your GL is now created as Cost Element, OKB9 is defaulted to PSG, PA Transfer Structure maintained, it should push to COPA

Hi Barbara,

Since, you have made all the settings in OKB9 etc...Now use the Tr Code OKBA to push Document from FI to CO (Since you have not created at the GL Account as a Cost Element, no CO Document could have got Posted). Once you use OKBA, i think it will do the job.

hello,

I used the OKBA transaction to get a CO document, still the same message -

Hi Barbara,

Kindly let us know if there is PA segment in the FI document. If there is a PA segment in FI document then KE4SFI will push the document to COPA. Also as suggested please check if the CO document has been created or not.

Abhisek

Hi,

thank you for your answer. There is a PA segment in the FI document, also a CO document created with the tr. OKBA.
