HTTPS-Roundtrip Error Netweaver

we receive also the HTTPS-roundtrip error:

We installed SBO and Netweaver on two seperated servers. The SB1 server with B1IF is working good, but I can't get connecttion from the Netweaver server to the SB1 server, except for the jdbc connection, that is working.

But the Netweaver server can't get connection:

What can it be?
