Deleting delivery via Background Job

Hello All,

I have tried to have an extensive search, but could not find anything.

Would anyone of you please help me find out how we can delete line items of an outbound delivery via a background job?

I have done a PGR via a background job, need to delete the line items of the delivery to delete it completely.

We cannot delete it in the header as it is integrated to an IP download system. But deleting the line item of the delivery removes the delivery as the whole.

Why via background job and what is that you cannot achieve if you try manually?  Meanwhile, if it is going to be bulk deletion, then LSMW is one option where you can schedule background.

The need of doing this in background was because our deliveries are huge in the sense containing 300,000 line items and processing them in foreground takes more than 30 hours. (This is for one delivery). We have 5 or so deliveries like this.

This was Huge in Delivery line items--then how you are managing billing(only 999 line items)
