I cancel the goods receipt of po but in fbl3n it is still open ?

hi every body

we create the po in 1393 in months of 11 (solar calender) and receipt it in that month.

close of the year was 1393/12/29 .

now we passed 2 months of 1394 (1394/02/29)

we canceled the goods receipt in 1394/02/28 .

but in fbl3n when we report open line item , that po is open ??

we must close them in 1393 and it shouldn't open . what can I do ???
