Linking - Link from chart to another report

Hi

I am using crystal reports, how i can give link on chart? if i click the chart, it should open another report. I saw the options in format chart->Advanced section and under hyperlink below options are there, i am not sure what are the information should pass for those options.

I tried to give some values but it is not working

2 Report URI

3. Data Context
