Hi Aniruddha,

here are the steps:

1. create repository in Opentext Archive Admin Client

2. create repository with same name in OAC0

  • document Area: DMS
  • Storage type: HTTP content server
  • Version: 0046, maybe higher
  • HTTP server: Opentext server name
  • Port: as defined by Opentext, normally 8080
  • HTTP Script: normally "archive" (without quotes)
  • No signature = space to use signed URLs.

3. send certificate from OAC0 to Opentext

4. enable certificate in OT Archive Admin Client (at repository = archive)

5. create category referencing repository, set document area to DMS

Benedikt

Hi Aniruddha,

CSADMIN is not supported by Opentext.

What happens if you "Test connection" and get "Status Information" in OAC0?

Do you use signatures? If yes, did you send certificate and confirm it in Opentext side?

Do you already have other repositories in Opentext that are connected to SAP or is this the first one?

Maybe there are other security settings in Opentext for communication between SAP and Opentext.

As far as I can remember there is an "Application" in Opentext thats needs to be the name of the SAP system id. And also it could be that you have to download the pse-file (certificate) in STRUSTSSO2 and import it in Opentext. Please ask Opentext what is necessary to establish the connection between SAP and Opentext.

Regards,

Benedikt

Hi Anirudha,

Check Content Repository Status under  the Overview Tab in CSADMIN -> Repository Status “Running”.  If not ,check with your basis person & use below url than you came to know the issue.

http://<HOSTNAME>:1090/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverInfo  .

Dear Aniruddha ,

Can you check if you have any errors in the SLG1 Transaction ? You have to look for object SCMS/SDOK
