IDOC_INPUT_INFREC inbound idoc doesnot create condition record

Hi All

we  are currently using the FM IDOC_INPUT_INFREC (Idoc message type - INFREC) that creates/changes the vendor info record. but this inbound IDOC don't  create/change the condition records (table a017). But  while creating or changing vendor info records via transaction ME11,12 - Condition record gets updated.

My doubts

-should this be handled via customer exits?

- Is it because of any program error? does this require any notes implementation

- Any body has faced this situation, please advise.

Did you look at OSS for notes similar to 327090 - INFREC: Default data is not transferred or 327083 - INFREC: Data transfer of purchasing info records?

Thanks Raymond,

Looks like issue we are facing is different one. This FM is with status "Not Released" - Any Idea if there is any other alternate BAPI

Only report RM06IBI0, note the empty section "solution" of 327083 - INFREC: Data transfer of purchasing info records so 481034 - FAQ: Data transfer (batch input) in purchasing...
