Absence type to changed from day-based to hourly based

Hi All,

I have got the requirement to change the absence type to hour-based. So how can i make absence type to an hour based absence.

Would be really thankfull for your quick replies.

Hi,

Would you please check Table V_T554S , After checking the  tables mentioned by Venkateh...

if These fields for an absence type  set as below, system permits you to record that leave, as Hourly and daily leave, in IT2001

Minimum Duration = 000

Maximum Duration = 999

unit= calendar days

But if These fields for an absence type set as below, system permits you to record that leave, just as daily leave in IT2001

Minimum Duration = 001

Maximum Duration = 999

unit= calendar days

Have a look on table V_556R_B, T556C and Quota configuration,it may help you to resolve the issue.

Hi Priyanka,

I don't think you can change any absence type to hours from days.. these can be controlled through your quota configuration if there is a deduction in IT2006..
