hyperlink on text field in custom module pool screen

Hi ,

my requirement is whenever my cursor is placed on textfield in custom it has to show list of possible from ztable . let say i have three text fields A , B ,C . when cursor is on A it has to show the entries from ztable based on A condition and so on ..

I dont think hyperlink is possible for Text field , Searched the SCN but not get the clarity how to fix the above requirement ..

Let me know the Possibilities ....
