Hi,

I have followed a document for assigning customized roles to users for restricting the fiori Apps to some users but in the last when i logon to Launchpad it is showing blankpage.

Please suggest me how to get the tiles on user Launchpad.

Can you confirm on the steps followed ?

Also confirm if your custom roles are assigned to the Custom tile catalogs.

Hi Tejas,

I followed the below steps:

1. Logged in to Admin launchpage

2. Created a new catalog

3. in standard catalogue drag the tiles and copied to zcatalog

4. went groups created a new group

5. Add the tiles from the new zcatalogue

6. target mapping also done

7. created a zrole and assigned to the user.

I see you have not added your custom tile catalog and custom tile group to your zrole.

You have to add in the Menu tab of PFCG zrole.

Click on Menu -> +Transaction drop down and select your Fiori group and fiori tile catalog. Your custom z ids should appear there. Add it to the role you created.

Please provide snapshots for the same so that which step you are missing can be traced. Also clear gateway cache and browser cache.

Thankyou for your support i got the screen now. Reason is assigning the group and catalogue is missing in role.
