HCM LSO book participant via T.Code LSO_PSV1 system hang

Hi,

We are trying to book a participant using T.Code LSO_PSV1 in ECC, system goes into a continuous processing mode and no response.

The number ranges are already maintained in IMG--> LSO-->Training Management-->Number Range Maintenance-->Define Number Ranges for Course Participation Document.

Surprisingly the Course booking is working fine in Development system, but system gets hanged in Quality

Can you please help where it went wrong.

Can you please specify the exact issue with screen shot . Due to network problem system might get hang i guess,:-)

Hi All,

Issue resolved.

1387508 - Performance issue when booking list of attendees.

As part of this note, there is manual activity to be performed creating number ranges.

Since number ranges need to be created in each system, even the note is being transported from development to Quality, the number ranges are missing in Quality.
