Enable Design button & Save As option for End Users

Hi Experts ,

I have designed a Webi Report which (Which uses dynamic calculation as an operand) will now be used by the users .Since using dynamic variable can't be used as operand in analysis olap so I have created the Webi report.

Now I want to enable the design button for them so that they can drag drop dimensions as per their wish for analysis purpose in addition to using filters , etc . Also I want to make the save as button enabled for them so that they can save their analysis in their favorites or in their personal folders . But at the same time I want to resctrict them to make modifications to the original report .They should only be save their view in their personal folders.

As of now the access level which I have given them only gives them the display access and the save as button as well as Design button is disabled for them .

Any pointers how I can provide them the desired access .

Note : Points will be rewarded for correct answers 😊
