Errore in print when we confirme the production

hi every body

it's very force . please help to me . line of productions was stop because of it .

when the confirmation is done in co11n , system immediatly give print as a pallet ticket of product for every pallet of products .

from 3 days ago , when the confirm is done , process of print doing in 10 min .

it cause that the process of production is stop or it done very very slow . what's the matter ??? please help to me
